Okay, I've googled all over the place, looking for tutorials on how to replace the sounds for the different characters. If it helps, I have GCFScape. Is there a tutorial that someone can point me to? Or maybe just tell me how to do it?
Just make your sound, rename it as the original file, and put it in the right directory within your Team Fortress 2/tf folder (you probably want C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/xGrenadier(or whatever your Steam ID is)/Team Fortress 2/tf/sound/vo).

All it has is a folder called "quake" and one called "ui". Quake is empty and "ui" just has a couple of the opening music files.

Figured it out.
Bravo.
