I just realized, that community KGB makes him 400% slower. So, doesn't it mean that instead of moving forward, he moves BACKWARDS with 4 times the heavys speed.

Nah, I read on Tom Francis's blog (pentadact, he has one of the rocket launchers) that they did a war against Robin Walker on the PCG servers a while ago. Those rockets were given for that, I don't think they can use it anymore.
