Since the one currently avaliable is fucking awful I took the liberty of making my own. It was my first shot at making a theme and it's VERY basic. Here you go. Fucks sake guys, so far there are no actual Windows 7 "themes". All you can do is package some settings like wallpaper, taskbar colour, screensaver etc.
He has made a theme. Get over the fact that it's not your usual XP theme with shitted up taskbars and menu GUI.

Does your theme come with TF2 themed sound replacements? I'm not sure if it does, so that's why right now I'm looking up how to change them sounds yourself. I already have an idea for one; the killcam sound, you know the whooshy drum one, for the UAC pop up.
