How do I customize my TF2 hud?

Hey,

I've seen people have all these cool looking huds and I would like one, but I want to do it myself and I can't find a program like old CS:S custom HUD makers to make one, could someone give me a link to websites with huds or tell me how to make one?

Check the GUI's section, that's where the huds/menu's and stuff are.

So I went to fpsbanana to get a gui, and it doesn't appear but I notice my old hud

Editing the class icons is in "tf/materials/hud" folder.
Editing the layout/format of the HUD is in "tf/resource".
