I never had a single hat besides the promo ones or even related ones , i am poor and irish , and they took away all my stuff , EVERYTHING.

You are actually not the first one to say this , i saw people complain about missing items since yesterday , not the ones that come back later after a few minutes , i mean dissapear , permanently.
