WHAT WHY
maybe it means they can't get them via random crafts, and that the hat itself can still be crafted
because the hat drops and you can craft it, meaning people will get uncraftable items via drops...

-removed the Beta Quick Fix from the game (lol it was still there)
-made the paper bag uncraftable
-made the Whiff of Brimstone craftable (and probably droppable)

meaning it looks like greyscaled mspaint drawn effects and not solid coloured effects when you use a decal tool now.

Painterly preserved the image, more or less. The other option was a sort of sketch filter that made everything into a gradient-ified blend of colors (which looks like shit for 90% of the images).

I downloaded the update, I seem to still be able to craft the paper hats.
EDIT: Fuck, when I click craft, it says there are no matching blueprints.
and my hats bought from the shop still not craftable...
First five minutes of gameplay, my game crashes.
