After the valve logo, it just instantly goes to the desktop. Anyone else having this issue?
Try putting -novid in the launch options and see how that works.

Tried, didn't help. Gives me the following error:
"Engine Error:
Connect on replay.dll failed!"
Join the club. I crash every 5 minutes.

Protip: delete replay.dll
Just stay calm till the next patch. Loads of people with crashes, you're not the only one. The only map I can run ever since the latest update is itemtest.
Valve should release a patch soon, let's see if that changes anything.
