Doesn't seem to work for me. I tried playing Gmod while having the idler running and it wouldn't go past the loading screen. Same thing when i tried running counter strike.

it will constantly disconnect you telling someone else has logged into your account
I don't think it works, and it's possible that VAC could think it's a cheat.

It doesn't modify the engine while it's running and/ or inject code of any form into the Steam platform. So no. You just get kicked by the community function thinking you are signed in twice.
You could with a second computer and steam acount.
