okay so here is the thing.

i'd say I have about 50 different screen shots, and 2 of them I can see, the rest say "No preview available"
The two I can see are in PNG and the rest are in TARGA (TGA)

how do I take a screen shot IN PNG format? or JPEG?

type in console: bind f5 jpeg

To get the console:

In game tab right click TF2 and go to properties. Click on Launch options and type -console

He was talking about PNG's and you CAN'T save in PNG. You can save in JPG however, and I didn't say that isn't possible.
