Does Valve plan a patch to fix the crashing anytime soon?

I'm just wondering, as I've been unable to play since the Mannversery update. Tried a variety of things, including adding "-novid" to my launch options, reinstalling TF2, and deleting clientregistry.blob.
Nah
They keep releasing updates regarding crashes and stability updates, but the game still keeps doing. I'm guessing its only a matter of time. Keep "Valve time" in consideration.
Valve fixes things?
You know the cycle, for every bug repaired there is another created - just pray you're not among the victims.
Valve currently has a deadline to meet, Halloween. It'll either be unpolished and bug-ridden but they will fix some people crashing, or it'll be polished but not everyone will be able to enjoy it. Valve doesn't work well under time pressure, so I wouldn't hope for a miracle until after Halloween.
They have no reason to fix it; the keys are still selling. :v:
no

I´m telling you, on maps the cycle is even more hilarious: fix one issue, create 5 issues more.
Have you tried the steam client beta? it resolves one of the crash issues(that being crash on TAB)
Didn't they already release a fix? Quite a few people, me including, aren't crashing.
I crash whenever I load some maps. I crash randomly.
Dammit valve, I just want to play with the shit I got from tf2wh...
My TF2 still crash despite the updates.I can't even load one single map...:suicide:
I haven't crashed once since the update exactly a week ago. What are you talking about?
I stopped crashing since the last fix, for map change crashes try checking for windows updates (worked for me)
The next bugfixes are to be expected in about 150 hats.
Nevermind guys, I fixed it. So when you uninstall TF2, steam leaves behind a few files for whatever reason. I uninstalled TF2, and said "Take THIS, Steam!" and deleted every reference to TF2 in my steam folder. When I reinstalled it, it was no longer crashing. Hooray.
