Are you asking for a mapper? Because mappers don't make the weapons.

If you're asking for a modeler, then you should leave, because if they make the model you have no involvement whatsoever.

If you don't have anything to offer but ideas then nobody is likely to make stuff for you, and even less likely to let you in on a self made or money should the items be accepted. If you can draw, paint or otherwise illustrate your ideas and show them to everyone then you're far more likely to find a partner. If you want to get involved with making items then learn to model/texture and realise your own ideas. Otherwise it's just another SPUF post saying "Soldier needs an M16".

In the above link you should find tutorials to get you started with modelling, texturing guides and compile resources. Everything you need to get started with making your own items.

@OP, none of the good modelers here want to pay it forward. They instead choose to be elitist pricks who want to troll instead of being helpful. You've unfortunately made the mistake of asking a community full of tryhard autistic furfags for help. It's best to look for help elsewhere, it does exist elsewhere and is more productive there as well.
