well, i dont hate them, but i dont want it on my computer. my parents are paranoid, so i take no chances.

well, plus, its my favorite server, and if its in my cache it will still appear ingame.

I checked my temp folder once and found some stuff that, well, lets just say it was illegal in all 50 states.

Since then I've disabled sprays.

Your parents know where sprays are stored, and know specifically that .vtf files are textures that may be images?

Also, take note of the filename, and rename something else in the cache folder to that file, in the event that someone comes back to the server with the same spray.
