A while ago, as in a day after Mannconomy came out, I bought a supply key and a can of paint from the store. When I purchased them, the store was apparently down and took my money, but I still haven't gotten my stuff. Can anybody help? I already googled, sent an e-mail to steam support, and nothing has changed.

Make a support ticket and make sure you've got evidence of your purchase, they will manually give you the items if you have proof.
Dont demand a refund by calling your credit card company, i heard if you do that steam locks down your steam account.
checkout is on steam wallet not on your credit card

Have you received a 12 digit confirmation number via email? If so, just wait for a response from them. It often takes them about 4 business days to process your ticket.
