Can you do these things with the TF2 client using commands?

Well, I am asking if these things are possible with the client. I would like to see if using cfg's and command line options it would allow me to do this:
1. Strip as much of computer resources as possible. Use the lowest quality textures/models, or if possible, do not load them at all. Do not allocate sound card, etc etc.
2. After launch, automatically join a server/ start a listen server
3. Don't make a window at all
Depending on how well this could be done with commands, with the highest one being the main and the next two less important things, to get an Idler alternative from native TF2 client.
I am seeking for possibility to let it run for hours without having to turn it off, making it take as low amount of RAM and VRAM as possible. So, do you guys have solutions for this?

I bet they are figuring a way around this right now. this valve update is another band-aide fix. Plus a model a retarded monkey could have made.
1. there are lots of "zero good looks" CFGs out there

By the way, I am almost sure Valve will not punish us for this. You don't use anything they say you can't. But on the other hand, maybe they will change the system to make this impossible

my guess is they will stop drops on servers with less than 4 players or something (of course sv_cheats 1;bot;bot;bot;say "and one for good measure";bot;sv_cheats 0;retry)

also you could take the server joining bit off the top, use "exec idle" and you'll be an above average pyro
(for added fun, add "wait 20000;exec taunt" on a new line, create a file called taunt.cfg and write "taunt" in it)

Would running it on my listen server arena_lumberyard make any difference? Is the idle map anyhow different? Are listen servers also credible to receive loot?
