There is that rumour going around that if you craft 12 crates together, you get a Pile o Gifts.
I wanted to try this, so NinjaWilko, Spiffy and I got 12 crates together to try it, they're all series #1 and I recorded a video of it.

I heard it was 12 of those Secret Saxtons, not crates.
How do you craft Secret Saxtons?

Ive heard many things. But its disappointing that shit like this doesnt work.
We tried 1 through 12 crates. All of them were Series #1. None of them worked.
you do know that doubleclicking the items automatically puts them in the crafting slots.
Damn, I wish Valve would change it so it did make a Pile o gifts or maybe they could make a brand new item for it. Most players, including myself, don't have the money to throw around for keys.
the point of a pile of gifts is that you spend the money in all those gifts you give to people
