So I have a question, I have searched around and can't find an answer. I noticed I have 3 dead ringers, 2 are "Level 5 Invis Watch" the other one is "Level 18 Invis Watch" I also have 2 bonks, one is level 5 Lunch Box and the other is Level 29 Lunch Box, Is there any difference between them? Or do items that you find just have random level numbers?
No difference, Valve is working on it for the hat system and combining items.

For a while, the items gotten via the random drop system had random levels.
They don't do anything. They can range from 0-100.
