Major Update Speculation/Recap thread - Games

This thread isn't about speculating what's going to be in the next update - it's primarily about keeping a round up of all the little tidbits of news we hear between major updates, the leaks, the people with new items getting in, the people visiting Valve etc. Current fever-pitched speculation - ROBOTS! Raid mode sounds really cool. The only thing I expect from it is to have rewards. Also the second misc slot will be really usefull since most of the characters have more than 1 misc item.

There's going to be at least 1 all-class hat that I already know the name of (no I'm not sharing, that ruins the surprise :v:).

All I can say is this; next update is going to be absolute shit unless Engineer gets more items and AT LEAST one new building. I still think the ability to dispense powerups ([url]http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1111319-Robin-Walker-on-lack-of-Engineer-items?p=31449545&viewfull=1#post31449545[/url]) would be a very awesome and rather welcome addition to the Engineer's arsenal; it'd make him more mobile and versatile for one thing...

Honestly, I can wait a few months for another major update. I'd prefer to get a few new engie items and than get a big ass update. I need time to get more items.

As someone over on SPUF pointed out, next update is the 238th (double of 119) and August 24th is TF's 15th birthday. Doube milestone celebration, perhaps?

I think Meet the Pyro will be released next year in the 5 anniversary, it would make sense if they did

Honestly, mean medicine and junkyard justice don't look good IMHO. The gardenning pyro, on the other hand... Also, are the grockets gonna stay forever?
