What the fuck does this mean? since the recent update, every time I try to go on one of my usual servers this message pops up. some one help

There's this and the server enforcing that DX8 water particles, both indicate that the server hasn't been updated. And of course is asked every damn time there is a update. As others have said we really need this stickied.
People should realize that any error message that comes up after an update is because the server hasn't updated.
This happens every time updates are released, are people really this stupid?
