Ellis' Cap and Frying pan Untradable

Well what most of us know now your suppose to be able to trade Ellis' Cap and Frying pan, but i can't. does anyone know why.

Some people have both the untradable and tradable frying pans, so at least people like me and others can trade our second frying pan when the time comes.

Frying pan is my favorite weapon now. I'm never going to trade it.

i like the pan. it makes a cool noise when i bash people with it.
