I havn't been on TF2 in about a year since I got addicted to MW2, but I decided to go on to check out the new updates and hats etc.
When I got on there, all the writing was freakin' HUUUUGE, and the steam notifications were also rather big.

If you've got no idea how: Options -> Video -> Resolution -> Change it -> Apply.
