This raffle thread is created to... what else? Give away hats for the people who want them!

R: Well, my good man/woman, all you need is a reclaimed metal to participate; And also join the Raffles Group and post in the announcement of the hat you want!.

R: No, but you can use it to participate in 3 raffles, but remmember, you can only participate once per raffle!

Q: [b]What will you do with the metal?[/b]
R: That's a silly question, I will use this metal to make more hats for the raffle of course.

R: I'll throw papers into my hat with the users' name on them, I'll pick one and the one I picked will be the proud winner of a sweet hat!
Q: [b]after someone's name is drawn and they're awarded a hat, can they earn another, or are they out of the raffle when they win a prize?[/b]
R: You can still participate on raffles, even after you won one already.
Q: [b]What happens when you make a raffle and you don't get enough metal for the next raffle?[/b]
R: I will personally add metal from my part to complete the craft, my good friend.
Q: [b]What are you winning from all of this?[/b]
R: The feeling of helping others get the precious hats they want, isn't that right?

iRunner's Glorious Hat Raffle Thread V1 *with some help from Ian*
[b][u]The Concept[/b][/u]
iRunner has decided to give a special hat away to a lucky winner of this raffle! The trading system has brought iRunner's charity to the great participants of this here event.
[b][u]Questions[/b][/u]
Q: How do I participate?
A: Well it's very simple, place a reclaimed into [url=http://www.tf2b.com/?id=thefarm]this account when trading comes out[/url] and you've signed into the raffle. Your name has a chance to be drawn on for the great hat that iRunner has set up for this raffle.
Q: Why do we need reclaimed metal to participate?
A: iRunner collects hats, as we all know, so he can't give his own hats he worked hard to get. The reclaimed metals used in this raffle will be used to create a new hat which will be used to give away in the next raffle.
Q: What if he crafts a bad hat?
A: That depends on your opinions, someone could like the hat that he crafted a lot. You could either leave said person be, and let the hat go to him, or you could enter the raffle for a chance to add a hat to your collection.
Q: What do we do if we want to draw out of the raffle?
A: You can back out any time, just send iRunner or myself if you want to draw out of the raffle.
