Just wondering if any of you use them. I reaally want to, but I'm taking the moral high road and playing legit, even though I get a 0/10 kills per death radio unless I'm an engie. :<
I'd use them, but I'm scared valve will decide to randomly make a fix for it and VAC ban everyone.

The fact that you even considered using them disgusts me.
It removes the fun from the game. I tried it ONCE just to see what all the fuss was about and honestly it was some of the least fun I've ever had in TF2. There's no point to any strategy if you know exactly where everyone is.
I'd also like to give a "calm down, you fucking cowards" to every server admin whose server is running default sv_pure 1. Honestly, this cheat isn't that common and my legitimate skins are breaking because of your paranoia.
It also looks like shit.
You can try and find out how boring it is.
Material hacks take the adventure and anticipation outta the game. It also gives an unfair advantage, which takes some of the challenge out of the gameplay. With mat-hax, you can never be "Hey whats around this corner OH GOD", taking away the surprise and adrenaline rush that we all need to sharpen our senses and hone our skills.
Basically, material hacks take the fun out of the game, and weakens your play-power in certain vital areas. All in all, it ain't worth it, and it's a pathetic counter-productive attempt at getting better.

I hope your joking mate because nearly everyone has material hacks now on CSS as they are so readily available, it is seeping into TF2 slowly too.
The MPC downloads site has like 20 different versions of them. :< I have no doubt people are using them, as I've been hit by rockets before I even come around the corner.

I'm actually rather good at the game, and have no needs for dumb hacks like these. While bad players, though I really don't think you can be bad at TF2, still shouldn't use it.
I'm tempted to make a completely alpha'd skin pack now.

I usually set the CSS double doors alpha really low just to piss off guys with the scout (real men use scout, however real men don't use materials hacks so what).
I use to use them on CSS.
I'm banned from alot of servers now :(
Its all good and dandy untill they close to you...
Or if they happen to notice you use them and start pretending to be behind a corner.
