The latest update can't possibly have been this big.

I know that its not the update, but it seems to be redownloading all my tf2 content, even when I already have it all. I remember a easy fix for this a while back, can anyone help me out?

Not happening to me but it sure struggled to download.
Steam must be verifying the game cache files for you, as my update was not that big.
I was capped (10 kibs a sec) but it said it was 2 gigs and it downloaded in 2 hours :raise:
I verifyed my files, it said one file was missing and attempted to redownload it. Ok, now what file was 3 GB?
EDIT: Hmmm, it's downloaded 5mb and it says 40%. Odd.
They're ninja pre-updating for the engie. Possibly. I hope.
