All the results are an average of 7 judges, it could be that one judge finds it worth a 10 and the other a 1 which has as average a 5.

A lot of things can be automatized, I'm considering of creating a page where everyone can vote and judge the items.
Improvements and such.

you could cut out the picture(if you have an background) also cut out the particle effekt. it can be added with transparency on a new layer under or over the bat* or you use a smooth brush to erase the area arround the particle.

If I remember correctly I'm helping with the next competition. We should have a private group chat so we can figure out how we are doing this one
Can we get judge-specific results ? I'd love to see them.
Kinda disappointed with the reveals. Expected at least some reasoning as to why each entry got rated what it was as for why the judging took so long, that way it kind of helps to see what each team was lacking and could help them improve upon for the next contest.

Thank you everyone for all your support, Ragnar and I had a wonderful time making this robot a reality. There were actually a few hurdles we had to go through in order to make this possible.
Robro originally started as an abandoned idea that we conceived almost 2-3 years ago and forgot about, as we figured it wasn't going to be possible. We experimented on a simple spherical object following the player around, but it would always clip everywhere, including walls, and was too static.

However, after the introduction of the Retro-Futuristic theme for the first Modding Competition, we figured now would be a good time to pick up our abandoned idea and try again.

Robro's design was slightly based on Version 3 and 7 of the original concept, as well as the retro design of UFO's from the 50's/60's.

There is ONE thing I do need to point out. The jigglebones will not work properly if you have Vertical Sync turned on. By turning vsync off, the bot should work perfectly. Now there IS a console command that will allow the jigglebones to work properly even with vsync on. I'm actually not sure if my partner Ragnar already included the console command in the download or not, but just in case he didn't and you wish to leave vsync on, then type this command in the console.
cl_jiggle_bone_framerate_cutoff 1
By the way, the Robro replaces the Deus Specs, the Summer Shades, and the Professor's Speks.

Terrible wireframe, 24 000 triangles and reversed normal. You shouldn't smooth the whole thing like that.

Yeah, I had no idea that the subsurf modifier is actually applied to the model when you export it with Blender. I fixed it after I uploaded it to the workshop.
So why are 3 submissions not on the website and 2 submissions not even rated?
