Meet the Pyro will be the last known Meet the Team short to come out for TF2, along with Source Filmmaker, which will allow us to create our own 'Meet the Team' videos and anything we want in the Source engine. Source Filmmaker as you may know was one time shipped with the beta version of TF2 but was quickly removed. Certain people in the last year have gotten a copy working, however it is very buggy and unstable. Here is a picture of unreleased SFM. In the TF2012 blog post, Meet the Pyro was discussed as confirmed coming out in 2012. Shortly after, a preview of Meet the Pyro was added to the blog as a still image.

In the Perpetual Testing Initiative trailer for Portal 2, a short clip consisting of only a couple seconds was hidden in the trailer for the eagle eyed to find and show. This can be viewed here:

On 6/19/12, there was an update containing mysterious items such as a Goldfish, Barn Door Plank, and Pocket Lint that currently serve no purpose. However, the item "Damaged Capacitor" has the numbers 6.22 on it which has led some to believe that MTP may be coming out on this date. On 6/20/12, equipping the 'Eliminating the Impossible set' (Private Eye and Nine Pipe Problem) showed new descriptions for all the items added in the 6/19 patch. These can also be viewed on [url]http://wiki.teamfortress.com/[/url].

Just thought it would be nice to have a discussion thread like we did last year and have all the info compiled into one place instead of having to search for it.

Considering Meet the Pyro is not an actual update to the game, I think it seems fair it has it's own thread for now.
