I had a bad experience of opening Steam Overlay and entering long item price list URL and URLs to other sites. Is slow for me. So I decided to create a site which contains all useful links to other TF2-related sites (and Google). So may a have a presumption to introduce:

I used .ru domain because my hosting provider offered it for $3 for a first-year registration

Additionally, a better-looking layout would look nice (and a link to this subforum under community would be cool, too!)
Isn't the whole point of this to have a very basic layout so that it loads fast on the Steam browser?
It already uses simple images.
To unify all the icons and to create a more streamlined, easier to overlook layout would only benefit it's users.
It doesnt have to be fancy or super detailed, something minimalistic and simple works far better.

Uh, I thought scammer sites steal accounts only if you provide your username and password.

Most legit Russian websites use .ru, while most of scam Russian (!) websites use .tk or .info

I was joking, but most people associate bad things with russians in the tf2 community. At least in the trading community. That's why I think that the domain .ru isn't the most appropriate one.
