Team Fortress 2 Crosshair is not working as it should!

Hello!
I need help with my crosshair! I watched a demo and he was using a script so his crosshair changes size etc etc.
And now after this everytime i restart team fortress 2 the crosshair size changes to very small?
Also when i press "Okay" in "Options" it says in console:

--- Missing Vgui material vgui/crosshairs/
'userconfig.cfg' not present; not executing.
Host_WriteConfiguration: Wrote cfg/config.cfg

Please help! Im so bad with scripts!

Hi, you have to change back the crosshair settings to what you used prior to watching the demo file.

If it's just the size and nothing else, then this should do:

cl_crosshair_scale 28

Just put that into the console, and it should work.

Tried that, didn't work :/
If i press okay it like changes to small crosshair :c
Also, why does it say

PS: When i restart tf2, the crosshair is small, but the scale in console/options doesn't change.
