There's no "art team" at valve. Everything is done by the same artist. In this case, by Dario Casali, which is also the creator of Goldrush and Badwater, and of a new pl map probably coming with the engie update, with a completely new theme, from what my modest ears have heard. shhhh, I have my sources... :tinfoil:
