Fake TF2 updates

Find or show some fake TF2 updates(class/gamemode) since it will be a long time before we see a new class update.

Basically makes people more angry against the Demoman, and gives non-steam forum users a new hat(hint: what is the opposite of a halo?) and includes surf gamemode. Its good, except that in this fake update, Valve removed all CP maps to make room for surf maps.

Will update when there are new fake updates.
