What the title says basically, I'm getting into the whole "scripting unlock" scene but I've run into one hell of a road block, I have absolutely no idea why, but trying to add more features to an unlock completely and utterly breaks it.
I tried the tutorial on steam forums, it provided a copy+pasta so I could add a feature, but just copy+pasting it in seemingly breaks it.
Here is the copy+pasta' btw:
"slow enemy on hit"
{
"attribute_class" "mult_onhit_enemyspeed"
"value" "1.0"
}
Just some natascha stats that can be easily edited, but try as I might it fucking breaks no matter what I try :suicide:
So here I am asking you for help FP, I need a link to a good tutorial on the subject, I have seen one on FP, but I cannot find it for the life of me sadly, I generally want a tut that explains it easily (duh) but also one that lists all the stats you can give (I.E. adding hp, crit boosts, adding crit chance percentages, the works) to something, but that is not totally needed.
Rate me dumbs, whatever, I just need some help :saddowns:
For some reason, there seems to be a maximum number of attributes you can use per item.
I made a knife with literally every attribute (including byebye on backstab) which worked fine, then making a flaming sword and shield didn't want to work until I removed the custom name I had for it (Chargin' Tard and Eyeless Wonder)
Hmm, maybe I should just not change the name of my test unlock then?
Thanks for the help, will give it a whirl right now and come back to update.

Nope, no dice, something else is fucked :saddowns:
Is it wrong that I just input changes right into the text file? do I need to do something with the encoding?
