With the added support for macs, Valve included a couple of small changes that I've noticed.
For those of you who switch weapons often, the quick-swap has been updated to include PDA slots 1 and 2 (keys 4 & 5 respectively), as well as the head and misc slots (6 & 7). This means that you can now quick swap spy watches and hopefully engineer PDAs, if we get new ones, without opening your inventory.
Medics also had their HUD updated for distances. Players that call for a medic will have their first aid bubbles re-size according to the distance they are from a medic, so they won't be chasing someone all the way across the map.
Have you noticed any other little changes that Valve added?

Yeah, it looks like they gave the Sniper a bow and arrow.
Unless I'm mistake, quick weapon swap appears to be on as standard.
