There's tons of achievements (or "cheevos" as the kiddies call it today), but some more to spice things up would be cool. Don't suggest grindy bullshit, but rather, interesting goals.

[B]Social Worker:[/B] Give out 3 sanviches to people in red health, in a single round.
[B]Jousting:[/B] Kill an enemy heavy riding their cart while riding on your own.
[B]The Loving Fistful:[/B] Punch out an enemy in Pyroland while being in Pyroland yourself.
[B][I]Scout Achievements[/I][/B]
[B]Water Boy:[/B] Extinguish the MVP on your team using the Mad Milk.
[B]Operation Sweet Tooth:[/B] Heal up from red health to max using only the health kits provided by the Candy Cane.
[B]Pitching Machine:[/B] Using the Force-A-Nature's knock back, send an enemy into the line of fire of a friendly sentry gun.
[B][I]Pyro Achievements[/I][/B]
[B]Let's Reflect on This:[/B] Reflect a projectile previously reflected by an enemy Pyro.
[B][I]Engineer Achievements[/I][/B]
[B]Helping Hand:[/B] Upgrade 10 friendly buildings in pre-round states before switching to another class.
[B]Bomberdamned:[/B] Kill an enemy Demoman with undetonated stickies near your Sentry, while both of you are out of the Sentry's line of sight.
[B]And Stay Dead!:[/B] Kill a Dead Ringer spy with any weapon after it feigns death from your Sentry.
[B][I]Medic Achievements[/I][/B]
[B]Custodian:[/B] Clean up Jarate, Bleeding, and Mad Milk off of your teammates in a single game.
[B]Bloktor:[/B] Without a patient, Über yourself to block a capture.
[B]Kritikal Thinking:[/B] With the help of a friendly Medic, Über a patient with both the Kritzkrieg and the stock Medigun.
[B]Fly With Me:[/B] Using the Quick Fix, sticky jump a long way with your patient.

[b]Die Another Day[/b] - Successfully use the Dead Ringer and kill a person after de-cloaking.

Dominate a scout by only using your fists.

Kill an engineer while you have a sapper on their sentry.
Spies, bloody useless
Kill a spy who has deactivated their dead ringer in the last five seconds.
And now for some MvM achievements.
Bank Robber
As a scout, collect over 1000 credits in one mission.
Lodsofemone
Get an A+ plus every wave for one mission.
Ridin' Solo
Kill a Giant Robot without any help from your teammates.
Bustin' makes me feel good
Kill a sentry buster before it reaches it's intended target.
Tank 'n' Spank
Kill a tank in ten seconds or less.
Slow and steady loses the race
Cover ten robots at once in Jarate or Mad Milk with slow.
Double Trouble
Kill two tanks within two seconds of each other.
Get 3 dominations with the help of your mini-sentry while being dead, as an Engineer.
I've done it, actually.
I'm surprised at how many of you are actually repeating achievements that are in the game already.
Like that tank one, there's a very similar achievement already in.
Anyways:

Kill a heavy with the short circuit.
Quick as piss
Inflict Jarate upon an enemy with the Sydney Sleeper, then finish them off with the Bushwacka.
