Remember that bad ass sniper rifle model the [url=http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/68500]Skullbuster[/url]? Well, its creator Evil_Ice is at it again with a so far [url=http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=969026]unnamed welder replacement[/url] for the wrench. Here are some pics of what is most likely the final version of the model and skin: [img]http://www.b-cog.com/img/Welding_Ingame_Red.jpg[/img] [img]http://www.b-cog.com/img/Welding_Ingame_Blu.jpg[/img] (The flint at the bottom left of the BLU pic will be animated to ignite the welder.)

Bad. Ass. Except if you are going to put Blu on one, put Red on the other. Or, you could keep the Longhorns on one and put the Red Raider on the other (UofT are the Longhorns, Texas Tech are the Red Raiders)

I'd like to point out that this isn't Evil_Ice's creation, as I'm guessing most people are just assuming. b_cog is making it, and Evil_Ice is helping with compiling and animations, as noted in the OP of the SF post. "If any of you remember the fantastic "Skullbuster" made by Evil_Ice, he has been working on this with me and will be handling the animation and compiling side of things."
So my evil twin is the creative one? Shit, that must be why I've been finding it so hard to learn how to model. But that torch looks absolutely fantastic. I would salute him, if not for my fists clutched in rage and jealousy.

I think it would work just fine if the world models holding animation was like the pistol's. I am in no way a modeler, but if engineer character's reasources are released, can you change the animations for a weapon?

I like the beer bottle, but I have a feeling someone's going to whine about how he wants a version with it off on fpsbanana.
I'm not gonna say godlike, but it's close. What I don't like is the textures on the valves, the tape in general and the textures on the small "wire" from the bottle
This is amazing, perfectly fits the TF2 style.

Good that wrench's sounds are so changeable. I'm not sure if the flesh hit sound is the same with fists though.
