IHOSP is a lot better than jay cee and you don't look like you can make any good pancakes
I don't care much about Server names. It's the community that makes the "pull factor", but many server overdo it with extra stuff and create the main "push factor". Aside from admin plugins, some sound effects, good community maps and maybe - if you think you really need it - shortened respawn times, keep it like it is.
I don't like the thought of Premium accounts. Well, Premium accounts of saigns level anyway.

Never even heard of these servers.
Get a "one click forum with a shitty hostname in it" forum.
I visited one of these servers, the server would stop responding for everyone every 15 minutes or so, even with less than 10 players.

I have a suggestion for an easy way to get presents. Use [URL=http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/148087]this map[/URL] for one of your servers and make sure there are at least ten people on it. The server owner said that he is unsure whether presents will spawn on the map or not, but it's worth a try, isn't it?
