The title is self explanatory, write stuff that you would like to see in Tf2. Rules: You can not type things without explaining them,so no MOAR MAPS!!!!!11 or MOAR ITEMS!!!!1111 . Only post certain maps and items that you know of,from steam workshop,tf2maps,etc. If you want a map that you thought of yourself, type in the explanation of how it is played, how it looks etc. Your posts must be normal and nothing out of the ordinary so no Hats that drop every second and mann. co. keys that drop with throwable dragon dildos . For weapon balance visit this thread http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1202895 . So without further ado, start posting your wishes! >Stuff that you would like to see i Team Fortress 2 What I would like to see is a title change.
New taunt for the Amputator so people know when I'm using it. Nobody ever stops and waits for heals.
Oh and for some weapons to be nerfed to stay on topic.
I only want one thing to see in TF2. Flying Guillotine in my backpack
I would like to have a good framerate, so my wish is better optimisation. My game looks like crap and I still get fps drops below 40 (which is even more annoying if you use a 120hz screen). I don't really care about graphics but I at least want to have a good FPS when using the lowest settings possible. I think the nerf/buff threads are already over the top but anyways, I don't want to see anything new in this game. I want them to fix all of the preexisting stuff first before they add new broken weapons.
Perhaps they could fix the Loch-n-Load once. I might be a little too optimistic there, though.
Make those old promos craftable and droppable.
i Team Fortress 2
Hello Team Fortress 2.
Make those old promos craftable and droppable.
Make all promos craftable and droppable :v: That and more explosive themed demo sets. And more medieval maps.
What I would like to see is this thread getting closed.
MOAR MAPS!!!!!11 or MOAR ITEMS!!!!1111
Less discrimination towards weapons in the competitive scene.

Personally I wanna see more gamemodes; different kinds of matches and whatnot to duke it out in. Mann vs Machine is a cool thing that's more or less coming out some day, but i've thoughts regarding different things.
#1 - Rush: In this mode, the mercenaries are sent to parts of the world where there is an abundance of Australium, often in mines and cave systems. The objective of the mercenaries is to acquire as much Australium Ore/Purified Australium as they can carry and bring it back to base. the Heavy can carry the most Australium, so players can give their Australium to the Heavy and have him be the "pack mule" to be protected by his fellow teammates. When a team gathers enough Australium, they win the match. Dying whilst carrying pieces of Australium results in the pieces being scattered around where you died, giving the enemy team the opportunity to gather the "spoils of war". Also, there are two versions of this gamemode, vanilla Rush and Miner Rush; in the former mode, the Australium is simply ingots waiting to be transported to your team's Depot, whereas the latter mode requires players to melee-attack the various Ore Nodes to essentially mine the minerals; Soldiers using the Equaliser or Escape Plan are better at mining than most, for obvious reasons. Mining the Ore earns you points in the same sense that kills, assists, healings, etc, earn you points, so even if a Scout gathers the Ore to run back to base with, you still get points for mining the ore.

#2 - Taghunter: Taghunter is similar to Salvage, only instead of gathering Ingots from Piles or Ore from Veins, you gather Dogtags from slain enemies. Even if someone else gathers the Tags before you do, such as being a Sniper whilst Scouts gather the resources, if an ally gathers and deposits the tags of enemies you killed, you get points for "mining" the Tags in addition to the "Tagrunner" getting points for securing the tags.

#3 - Boss Battle: This one should be familiar for players of the "VS Saxton Hale" mod; a team of mercenaries has to work together to take down a powerful player-controlled boss enemy, such as Saxton Hale (high-health brawler), Charles Darling (sics dangerous animals on you like gorillas), Merasmus (crazy wizardry and whatnot), Nick Crowder (very much a "cold-hearted" antagonist), and the Halloween bosses (Monoculus, Silas Man/Horseless Headless Horsemann, Zephaniah Mann's ghost), to name a few. The "Boss" player can choose who they want to fight as, so one round you could be trying to burn down Old Nick, whilst the next round you could be fending off armoured gorillas whilst Darling takes potshots with his Rifle.
Asides from new and exciting gamemodes, i'd like to see an unlock that involves "minions" of some sort, like a Guard Dog that accompanies the Engineer, a Medigun that creates zombies, even just Engineer-built flying drones; it'd be fun to shake up what we fight. In fact, that's one of the things about TF2 that means I don't play it as much; there isn't much in the way of enemy variety, most matches you fight 9 different mercs with differing playstyles as well as a charismatic-looknig mounted gun, and the only real change from the usual enemy roster comes during Halloween when we do battle with a vengeful Demoknight-esque revenant or a giant flying eyeball; I want more of that kinda stuff, teaming up to fight a powerful boss-type character, and battling enemies other than the usual mercs wouldn't be too shabby either. Personally, I think that when MvM finally comes out, i'll be playing a ton of that, and respectively a lot more TF2, since with more varied enemies, it'd probably become a lot more fun to play for me.
What with these terrible threads recently? Seriously this shit is horrible. It's the new badage boys, you heard it here first. now, with this out of the way yep
I'd like to see a motion detecting sticky launcher. It'd probably have less ammmo and stickies out, not manually triggerable and of course not triggered by disguised spies.
bug fixes+ optimization all I want
I'd like to see super common crates that only unbox unusual hats. Then the rarity would plummet and chaos would descend upon the land!
I want to see a Bills Beret in my backpack. That's all, I guess.
For Medieval mode to somewhat balanced. For starters, no persian persuader and no half-zatoichi. Fuck you, demoknights. Then maybe some medieval oriented weapons for the other classes so it still doesn't end up being a server full of demomen, snipers, medics, and the occasional scout or whatever.
More good 5CP maps because I don't like any of the other gamemodes as much. Other than that I'd like the item servers to not fuck up as often as they do, and for the scoreboard to show what the next map is (since not all servers use SourceMod or whatever else provides the say "nextmap" functionality).
a third and possibly fourth misc slot. so many combos I want to make.
More community made weapons, there are some great things out there in the workshop, and they really deserve to get ingame, but not just from Svdl again and again, he makes amazing stuff sure, but man there's so much more stuff that also deserves to get in.

Like the Pummeler.
Dynamic lights for the medigun beam, rockets, flamethrower, and lasers.
Make those old promos craftable and droppable.
i vote this just to see the massive backlash in the trading community and watch as the whole entire economy crashes
Here's a thing i want to see. Each time you say something on microphone the character will sync his lips to the words you are saying. That was in Team Fortress Classic. Here's the example that is in 2:10 on this video:

If you've seen the variety of positions for the cheeks, mouth, lips and such then you'd see how much of a hassle this would likely be.
