Well often I've been having problems with source recorder, when playing it back all characters seem to be extremely laggy. Here's an example video

How to I fix this? I'm using the normal method. host_framerate 30 and startmovie name. Then virtual dub. And no it's not virtual dubs framerate settings because it looks like this in game when I play it back. So what do you suppose I do? And by the way it doesn't do this in DX8 mode.

Make sure you switch to windowed mode and go to the resolution of 1280x720 before you convert to frames.
