Yesterday I was playing TF2 and got Candy Coroner, Sleepy Holl0wnd, Masked Mann, and Gored!
I'm 100% positive I got them, I even have the masks from the presents:

The thing that's missing from my backpack however is the unusual metal and the pumpkin mask. The Mildly Disturbing Mask just showed up today after I got the achivement yesterday, but I went in game and tried dying and didn't get the rest of the stuff. I killed the Horseman at least twice and I'm confused as to why I still don't have my damn items. Also this:

Did you obtain the items in an irresponsible or otherwise unintended manner?

I was playing on a listen server but cheats were off and everyone else was getting items just fine
Noticed that my 'recent achievements' were set to 0, but none were reset.
Also, I should have about 3 haunted metal by now. I hit Headless, ran away and survived but I still didn't get it.
Are you not meant to heal or go back to spawn?

You just have to get a finishing blow with melee for Gored! and get a very recent hit to his death for the normal one I think.
Just killed him 2-3 more times and still nothing, great job Valve
