I lost my hat due to the steamstats program, I got over it. We have already seen enough of hat whining, and it's fucking annoying. Butthurt retards whining over a game. We don't care if your friend got the game 2 days ago and got a hat already, holy shit.

Yesterday I put my halo on as medic and said that I wasn't going to heal anyone unless they had a halo.
There was a huge outcry, then everybody put their halos on.
Turns out there were only 2 "cheaters" online. Then I changed my mind and said I wasn't going to heal anyone wearing a halo.
...and so on for most of the game.
some people went along with it, some just whined.
It took quite a while for people to realise I was healing everybody.
I lol'd
What annoys me the most is my 400+ hours playtime and not having a hat yet
for christs sake, theres an easily applied plugin for TF2 servers which allows you to have *any* hat for the duration of your playtime. stop whining and ask your regular server's operators if it is possible to install that. Bingo, bob's your uncle, green ball in the corner pocket, youve got a hat.

I want to slap you for that last statement of yours.
I have had about 30 hours of playtime since the hat update, not got one hat, and I have had about 4 unlockable weapons in that time also, hardly ever unlock anything with the stupid drop system, it seems to favour other players randomly.
I really wanted a hat before, but now I couldn't give two shits if I got one or not.

I've played around 100 hours since the drop system started and have gotten three drops.
First a Huntsman, then a Bonk!.
Then I had a drought for like... a month. I really wanted a Kritzkrieg, so I focused on getting the achievements until I finally unlocked it legitimately. Ten minutes later I got a 2nd Kritzkrieg in a random drop.
