So i have a Steam account and I heard about the steam market from my brother. I was really happy because I can now sell the many hats I have. So I went to the steam market and found out you cannot sell hats. What! I don't understand why they would not let me sell hats. We could make lots of money selling hats. Any thoughts?

On a serious note on the market, sales of non valve made items would probably have to have a higher "tax" for the contributor and so be less lucrative for the seller. This might lead to it never being used but I don't really see how else they can do it without dicking over the people that made the item.
