How do I set up a fully Halloween tf2 dedicated server?

I was wondering how I would set up a halloween server that allows Bosses (Like ghosts, monoculus, HHHH) to spawn regularly using the right console commands. All I know so far is tf_forced_holiday 2. I was wondering commands to make the bosses spawn regularly like I said before, also commands so it gives the underworld benefits when you come out of the underworld, because when you come out of it now it doesn't over heal, crit, anything. Also I can use source mod plugins if you have any. I just want these commands so I can set up a small server with friends.
