High risk-High reward/ Low risk-Low reward Trader?

Just interested to know, do you consider yourselves a
High risk- high reward trader- the kinda person who'd give up 6 hats to get an unusual, then trade it away for 8 you really like. You risk a lot (giving away all your hats with the chance of not getting the ones you like back), whilst you stand to gain a lot as well (a full collection of your favourite goodies)
or are you a
Low risk- low reward trader- You're the kinda person who believes in the one hat: one hat philosophy- the most exciting deal you do is a few crates for a hat. You never really risk much, much then again it's difficult to garner much, either.
Or are you a mix? Someone who's a LRLW trader most of the time, but will leap upon certain deals that would be considered HRHR?
I'm low risk-low reward myself. I'm at pains to offer more than two hats for anything, and I'd certainly never shell out for a naff unusual.
Low Risk definitely
I'm mixed. Generally a low-risk trader that sharks around for killer deals. It's worked quite well for me, actually.
I do a bit of both. Traded 3 hats for a fez earlier today. But I didn't really want the hats, so it was a good deal for me.
I keep the hats I want and try to get good offers for everything else.
I guess that makes me "no risk/random reward".
I'd say low risk-medium reward. :smug: I trade a hat only when the other person gives me two hats or more for it. With some patience, I always meet someone who will give me anything for a hat which isn't that valuable. Heh, just this morning, someone gave me a Lumbricus Lid and a Whoopee Cap for my duplicate Chieftain's Challenge.
I'd say mix really.

What I do is, wait for the person that wants something of mine, because they'll pay high for what they want.

That was a bad trade :saddowns:
Low risk high reward.

I don't see it as bad, crates mean nothing to me.
Low risk, I only need one hat per class, so why would I have to try getting rare one or unusuals just to trade it for like 10? The largest trade I've ever made was me giving 2 vintage hats (And I think a metal or two) for the Attendent.
Mixed, and the risk trades I do go out 50:50, somtimes I'm fucked with shit I don't want and can't get rid of, sometimes its Jackpot.
Low risk low reward type of person.
high risk low reward
Well, I gave 1 hat for the axe, then got 4 off it.
I'm a mix, but I prefer to give little, and get alot.
I'm the douche who looks for kids who don't know the general value of items.
Low risk
I only want a few hats for every class and I collect metal to craft polyhats
I traded bad hats for good hats. I got a Modest Pile of Hat off this guy for a Napper's once.
Laughed all the way to tf2tp.com.
High risk, and i always get the hats i wanted so i don't care at all.
Low risk high reward :smug:
Start a 1:1 trade, ask them to throw in a crate, trade said crates for hats/paint/etc.
Mixture I guess, i'd never risk more than two hats though.
I usually don't risk much when I'm trading. I just slowly move things up in value. I'll trade a few weapons for a few crates, I'll trade a few crates for a bad hat, I'll trade the bad hat for a good one. It works well for me and I don't have to risk much.

I never risk much trading because I have all the hats I want. Now I'm just focused on getting higher level versions of them.
Low risk- high reward.
I hold onto my items until some sad sap wants them in return for some valuable ones. It works, slowly but surely.
High risk high reward.
Gave like 8 hats for 2 Big Kills and 2 Lugermorph.
Got shitload of hats for them a week later.
Wheres the scammer option?
One hat represent... :frown:
I've made some bad choices and now I really have nothing to gain from a nappers respite no one wants for anything. I guess I should feel happy because of my kindness that I gave a poor and irish my Vintage Engineers cap and that I gave my friend a Frenchmans Beret. But I kinda miss having 2 or 3 hats. I can't find any of those people who think crates are rare and worth a hat for 2 or 3 crates. So I'm just stuck right now.
