Okay , today I got home from school and booted up me PC and TF2. Went into 'Start Playing' and it appears that when it was done loading there wasn't any servers! It just showed up with nothing except the message when there's no games.
What the [u]hell[/u] is going on?

Might need to change your filters around, I have the same problem just now but changing to < 150 latency shows a list of servers.
No , all the servers is not down.
On a more serious note , It's most probably your game/internet connection screwing up, try a restart.

My TF2 does the same thing to me sometimes. Just let it sit at the main menu for around five minutes and check back. Should be loaded.

On a more serious note, check your filters and if nothing pops up, refresh and if it still doesn't work try restarting TF2/Steam.
Sometimes it fucks up. Rebooting generally helps, but sometimes it'll sort itself out.
