I found the Ushanka as random drops on 3 separate occasions. They all went into crafting to get something I liked even more, due to the fact I have a Toque, which happens to be my favorite Heavy hat.

He used a savndvich he kept since the game first launched in a craft. Pressure got to him, he regretted it later when he got a football helmet.
