Well, you guys keep asking for a facepunch server (or at least a place to play together), and it happens that I have one just sitting around collecting cobwebs. You're all welcome to play. If you want any custom map, just talk to me here or on the group page (we have a thread there for map suggestions). I already have a lot of custom maps on there at the moment (mostly CTF, it was supposed to be a 24/7 CTF server), and will be adding more soon once I get the other 2 admins on at the same time.

You can also pick up all the custom maps on there to skip the download time (even though its fast in its own right) by getting everything from the dropbox.

Well none of the "regulars" that I made it for wanted to use it, even though there are like 4-5 that are actually faithful and do follow me to whichever server I'm playing on when they get the chance.

There is going to be (and already is) a fuck ton of maps to choose from. I have like 20 customs on it atm, and I have plans for at least 20 more.
This is where this doesn't last for month, like the last one and the one before it and the one before that.
Also using dropbox for fastdl is a terrible, terrible idea.

It's to get it from outside the game. I have a fast server set for ingame downloading, no worries there. It's more for getting them all at once, instead of having to piece meal the maps one by one.

A few people are having issues with the ping limit I have set on there. I'm going to increase it to 175 when I get back from my brothers. Everyone so far seems to be topping out at 155-165, so 175 seems safe.

The server is nice and all, but with my ping it's barely playable and the second I have to fight something that's not a melee only Heavy, it's a lost cause. Hope you people will have fun, though.
Do you have an MVM server? We could celebrate the launch of the Robot Boogaloo there.
If I can get some of you guys donating (I'll only be asking $4.00 USD), I would gladly open a UK server. It's just that I am on a fixed budget as it is, and $32 is all I can really spare in unneeded expenses. And I know $32 seems high, but I am paying for a high quality server for the Stash.

I can easily put it on MvM, no problem, but a dedicated MvM server? No, I can't, cause that'd be a 32 man server in itself, and like I said, flat broke atm, lol.

Hell, is quite easy to play with 150+ ping,
its just a bit annoying because you have to think about latency when using projectile weapons.
