I believe this because it's a horrible, unnoticeable cosmetic item. Sure, I'll take it over the invis watch, but honestly no one can tell you're using it. No one will be like, "That spy is using the timepiece!". Personally, I think the watch should do:
30% Increased movement speed during cloak
20% Damage taken while cloaked
Honestly, I think this would be a good watch for me to use personally. If I really need speed, either to escape from the enemy lines or to quickly move around an enemy, or to even catch up to a group of enemies, this watch would be for me. Personally, I'd use this watch a ton if it had some stats affiliated with it. Sure, it may give those who purchased Poker Night an advantage, but at least it's not a useless cosmetic.
No. Having to pay for an item with stats would cause too much drama.
It's not like anyone ever says, THat heavy is using the Iron Kurtain

At least they should add custom sounds to the luger, they put no effort into these items.

the idea is fine, just that you have to pay for the fucking thing.
Also the Iron Curtain should have a fucking killicon and a custom sound.
I think it'd be pretty awesome if you could craft the Poker Night items with other items of the same type to give it stats, Like crafting the Enthusiast's Timepiece with a Cloak & Dagger would give it those stats, and maybe even a new name, I.E The Enthusiast's Cloak & dagger.
