How do people make such big clans? - Games

Seriously, I have seen loads of PEZ guys running around or GTFO guys. How are they so big? I want my clan to be big. :(

Make sure to invite little kids. They love that sort of stuff.

Just invite as many random people as you can find. Thats how PULP and Lotus get their members.

Need to make a new website.

They give them candies and since they're mostly clueless kids they accept to wear the tag.

Make a cool clantag, tell them your clan is for cool pro 1337 players, make a cool logo, own some server to play on. Insta clan.

Clans are pretty good to finance servers if you ask me. That and closed training was the main benefit when I was in one in my CS 1.3b days.

I would buy XTR's Dedi Servers when I have to money, but I need a Domain Name.

Most of the time you get it by running multiple servers.

In all seriousness the best way to do it is make a good server and build up a community. Just make it a vanilla 24 player server with the only mod being source mod and maybe a few good custom maps (don't overdo it though). If you want to attract "pro" types then you could also enable nocrits and nodmgspread but I think it'd be more wise to just go with vanilla.
