Custom HUD help please - Games

Hi, I've been trying to get some custom HUDs to work, but I can't seem to figure it out. fpsbanana and the steam tf2 forums have been no help. I am super confused and have had no experience with customizing anything. The picture its self is blocky. Could you post the picture so someone can help you? If you post all your hud icons, by themselves facepunch can help.

Are you making it properly transparent when working with the .tga file?

Haven't done them all yet, but here are two. I can get them in-game, as you can see in the screenshot, but I'm not doing it correctly. I have attempted to make it transparent, but I suppose that's where I'm doing it wrong. I couldn't even identify the problem, so I ended up reading tutorials that didn't help. Hopefully this will do it for me. Thanks.

Haha, I was actually making these for myself, really. I plan on making use of some custom skins I have installed (like the Aperture Science disguise kit), but I suppose I could make some default skin versions. That is, if I ever figure this out. We'll see.
