It wasn't quite that simple. Wait for the video to come up, then you'll see why it was so hard to find.
It's pretty much impossible to find if you didn't decompile it.
Hell, even after decompiling it, it was still very well hidden.

I still can't seem to trigger it.
tf_allow_player_use needs to be set to 1, and you need to have something bound to +use (Or activate it through console). Also a bit of maneuvering and luck is involved.

Nope, thats what does it. I think you need to press Use as well though.
