What do you think meet the medic will look like? Valve always does unexpected things with their movies, and they could surprise us, but what do you think the movie will be like?

Used the Portal gun to get to the real world. Then he used the Helicopter Alyx Vance fixed up to fly to the nearest shop.
Will then when it comes out change the name to "Meet the Medic Released".

I think it's the medic next, I mean come on, Drew Wolf and the whole HOSPITAL thing.
It will begin with the Medic looking off into the horizon of Gravelpit, to see a wounded Scout screaming his name running full speed towards him. The medic's eyes widen, and in a slow motion shot that would make most music video directors shed a tear the Scout is struck down by a single Flare.
It's at this point that the Medic realizes he's being hunted. Several scenes of the Medic running through dark hallways occur before he turns a corner, an ominous smokey shape carrying a flamethrower is right infront of him. Instinctively he thrusts his Ubersaw into the red suited devil.
Cue the "Meet the Medic" screen.
Medic screen fades.
Cuts back to previous scene, Medic pulling his Ubersaw out of the Pyro. All of a sudden a cloud of smoke surrounds the Pyro and a shocked face looks back at the Medic and it hits him. That poor bastard, the BLU Spy has been team killed yet again.
It's at this point of course that the Medic turns around to a triumphant HUDDAHUDDAHUDDA and a shower of flames.
The meet the medic screen is burned from the button up, revealing the Meet the Pyro!

It'll start off with in the RED base of ctf_2fort. A Demoman and Soldier carry an injured Heavy into the base from the battlefield on their shoulders, the Demoman calls out, a bit drunk, "We ned'a medic he'ya and fast!" There's a brief moment of silence. The Soldier answers, "Hey, where is our medic anyway?" The camera briefs to another door in the distance, it opens. The medic standing there, it zooms into a face shot. "Zeh docta's in the house!" the Medic called out, taking the end of his glove and snapping it onto his arm.
<"Meet the Medic" screen comes up with the cool tune found in most Meet The videos.>
After we see the Medic once more, walking out of the door way with a large needle in his left hand. The three looked at him with no comment, the Heavy's face still looking as though he was in pain.
The doctor stops in front of them, and says, "What seems to be zeh problem here?" The Soldier and Demo slowly drop the Heavy onto his knees and walk off screen. The Heavy looks up at the Medic, slowly holding out what appears to be a sandwich. The sandwich looked to be dirty and torn up on some areas of the bread. The toothpick still jabbed into it, but with no olive. It also appeared to have a rather large bite in one corner. Heavy says, "Spy.. he was coward and baby.. did not want to fight like man.. so he took sandvich and poofed." The Heavy's eyes got wide and lifeless. He continued to hold it out to the Medic, "Is there anything doctor can do?" He asked with a gentle voice.
The Medic slowly holds his hands out, taking the sandwich from him. We see the Medic walk off screen. The Heavy on his knees watched him leave. The Soldier and Demo come back into the scene, the Soldier puts his hand on the Heavy's shoulder. The screen fades out.
We then see the Medic slam open a door, walking into the room. He slams the sandwich onto a table next to some familiar newspapers. "What is zeh matter with these people!?" He cried out, "Am I zeh only one who hasn't lost their head!?" The Medic turns to the table that had the sandwich laid on it. "What does the Heavy see in this thing? It is just a normal sandwich!" He picks the sandwich up but the end and hurls it like a frisbee across the room.
The Medic turns back to the table, leaning on it with his hands. "Zey call me zuh.. 'Medic Buddy.' The Heavy always expects me to solve his problems.. If zis sandvich is so great, why doesn't it do any problem solving!?" The Medic begins to pant from his constant yelling, stopping to gulp. He turns around at the location where the sandwich had landed. Walking over to it, he picks it up. Holding it infront of him, he whispers to himself. "I won'zah what it tastes like..?" He slowly takes a bit out of an end that didn't already have a bite. Chewing for a moment, it is complete silence.
We are then back with the Heavy, who is digging into a fridge, trying to find something else to eat other than his sandvich. He whispers to himself, "Poor sandvich.." He than looks over in some pantries, pulling out anything he thought not useful. Suddenly, the Medic bursts into the room, cheering and yelling. The Heavy turns around in confusion. The Medic is already gone, he went from his lab to outside the base just that fast. The Heavy shrugs and goes back to looking for food.
We are back to the Medic. He was dashing through the battlefield. Both sides fighting to the death. Explosives and bullets flew infront and behind the Medic, but he manages to avoid everything. One of the Medic's allies, a Sniper, was crouched up in a corner zoomed into his sniper rifle. He notices his own Medic running into the BLU base, he frowns and shouts, "We got us a Spy, disguised as our Medic!" Of course this was just an honest misunderstanding. The Sniper takes the shot, having aimed for the Medic's head, he misses. But the bullet just barely misses the Medic's head, but smacks into the side of his glasses. That half of his glasses burst, the lens broke outwards, leaving the Medic with only one side to look through. The Medic collides his teeth in anger, yet confused at the same time. He turns his head, still running. The RED team was trying to kill him, all thinking he was a Spy. The Medic just kept running, avoiding bullets from both teams.
The Medic ran into the BLU base, having lost their trail. He crept around and hid behind a corner. Looking past it, he saw one one tiny level one sentry and an Engineer sitting beside the intelligence. It was just him and the sentry. But while the Medic was looking past the corner, the Engie spots him, his sentry having not. The Engineer shouts, "Armand? Is that you?" The Medic thought to himself, "Zis fool must take me for one of his Spies." The Medic calls out, trying to change his voice the most Spy-like he could, "Uhhm, yes, laborer! It is me, Armand. One of your very loyal Spies."
The Engineer smiles, and walks out of the intel room. "Howdy there. Killed any Snipers lately, Pierpont?" The Medic grinned evilly, slowly pulling out his bonesaw from underneath his cape. "It's time for your examination.." He spoke with the most evil of voices. The Engineer jumped, briefly pulling out his pistol. The Medic uses his bonesaw to knock his pistol into the air, landing on the ground a few feet away. The Engineer gasps, looking at his distant pistol briefly and than back at the Medic. The Medic takes the short Engineer by the front of his shirt and throws him into a nearby wall, the Engie falling helplessly onto his bottom. The screen moves into the intel room towards the two doorways, the lone sentry scanning the area. You hear the Medic shout, "Turn your head and cough!" The Engineer's screams are drained out by the Medic's laughter and ripping noises.
The Medic drops the body in a distant corner. Turning back at the intelligence room, he ponders on how he can get in there without alerting the sentry. Suddenly, several RED team members invade the area. The Heavy shouts, "Hold your fire!" Before anyone may have a chance to accuse the Medic of being a Spy. The Medic slowly puts his hands in the air, not taking any chances. The Scout walks up to him, looking him eye-to-eye, "I bet you're one of them dime-a-dozen backstabbin' scumbags." The Medic nervously stands back, not saying a word. The Heavy looks at him and says, "Medics do not invade and kill on their own. You are Spy." His begins to spin his minigun. The Medic takes out the sandwich, the same sandwich the Heavy had given him. The Heavy stops, dropping his minigun on the floor. He walks up to the Medic, slowly taking the sandwich from him. It looked pure, clean, and delicious. The Heavy's eyes looked upon the sandwich with pure awe, than back at the Medic. "You.. help sandvich?" The Medic grins, "Yes.. Heavy.. I, helped sandvich." The Medic and Heavy hug. The Demo and Soldier look at each other with an awkward look on their faces. The Scout and Spy both turn away, the Scout pointing at his mouth imitating vomiting while the Spy presses his hand onto his face.
<The Team Fortress 2 Theme plays>
The Medic and Heavy stop hugging, the Medic turns around and pulls out his kritzkrieg. "Raus, schnell!" The Medic and his comrades invade the intelligence room, destroying the sentry in a second. The Medic picks up the intelligence and straps it onto the Scout's back. "Thanks doc!" He says, giving him a thumbs-up. They then run out of the intel room and on forth to return it to their own base.
<Close up on the Medic in the TF2 logo. Zoom out a few times with the catchy ending tune.>
Lastly, we see the same Sniper who accused the Medic of being a Spy. In the same spot, still zoomed in. It is night time. He mumbles, "I'm gonna wait here all night if I have to you bloody Spy." A BLU Spy briefly uncloaks to his left side, and whispers to him, "Right behind you."
