I know Ubercharged.net runs melee only on their servers sometimes, when an admin's around...
They don't really get much traffic anymore, though.
Only have players about 3 hours out of the day.
Ain't no time for shenanigans, apparently.

that is a shame really.
The FP un-srs server has them from time to time.
